Just nu delar jag mitt liv mellan köket på Akademin och köket på Saxå herrgård. Jag fick en förfrågan om jag ville ta ansvaret för köket under Kammarmusikfestivalen. Och det tackar man ju inte nej till. Min längtan efter att göra nåt annorlunda har tagit mig hit, och förmodligen till fler roliga platser i sommar.
