Tuesday, 16 December 2008. My Photos for my experimental video that i took at my exhibition. Monday, 15 December 2008. My work has taken its time to do but in all I am pleased with the video. Before I began the filming it was the pre- production. In which I was preparing all the paper work for the time I would be filming. When I began the filming I did it in two different locations. When it came to the editing process at first I thought it was difficult.

Cultural resources are both a property of people and of place and have direct, indirect and non-use values. Yet the immobility of these resources means that access, for whatever purpose, is generally place dependent and restricted to certain members of a local community. Moreover, because cultural resources are often public or common goods, they depend upon intervention or collective action for their development.
