With an amazing forecast with 80 degree weather I was excited to head up north to the city of Cairns, pronounced cans, to get some sun! I stayed with a couple who live up there and are part of the boat crew that ins tours to the Great Barrier Reef. I was so lucky! Then we saw a strawberry farm and got strawberry ice cream!
