I only saw the number 200 once or twice at an evening weigh. Not once for a morning weigh. This could be the last week to see 200. This will put me back about 2 years. Who was I two years ago? My drinking was at its all time worst. My life felt like it was spiralling out of my control. I was so hard on myself.
