Back when everyone had an NES hooked up to their TVs and were eagerly anticipating the next Super Mario or Zelda installment, not many people gave thought to anything Sega was doing on the home console front. Sure, Sega was highly respected in the dimly lit, smokey arcades. I was an easy sell. These days Sega is a joke once again, which only makes looking back to 1989 so much easier.
