If education is to change, then so must we. It is sometimes favourable and other times not. Human beings are highly skilled at change. Our ability to adapt to the environment is astonishing. Changing, or are we just adapting to the change that we see around us? Occasionally, as political, economic, and cultural changes occur, so too does education policy.
