I söndags sprang jag en av mina favoritrundor uppe i Sandsjöbacka. Det är min 21 km slinga som bl. passerar heden med en ganska skön blandning av vägar, stigar och terräng. Ett problem jag har är ju att det är så svårt att träna lagom. i torsdags skulle det bara bli ett kort lugnt pass utan att anstränga kroppen men så fort jag såg på klockan efter 800 m och.
