Sunday, 2 October 2011. Dr Thomas -Wilson Ikubese was born in Lagos to Mr. Thomas Ikubese on Sunday 22nd of November, 1970. The mother hails from Ughelli and the father hails from Amai both in Delta State, Nigeria. While in the University, he distinguished himself as a visionary of repute. He was a honourable congress man, later the Speaker of congress, and chairman of caretaker committee of the University of Benin Medical Student Associa.
