2010, in a nutshell. On a separate note, I had an interesting time interacting with the wonderful people from an organization which engages in an area that has always been close to my heart. My knees are giving me so much trouble that I have had to drop out of the race. I am now doing some strengthening exercises in an attempt to alleviate the pain and get back on track. You CAN do it! February Chal.
