Delayed, but so far successful. So my first batch of all grain is in secondary, and looking pretty solid. First off, a couple lessons I learned with my first all grain brewing day. Thinking through every step before I am carrying 10 gallons of hot wort is pretty smart. No more brew days in shorts. Moving 10 gallons of previously boiling wort will lead to at least one stupid burn. All grain is not nearly as difficult as I thought it would be.
