One of my goals I was most successful in achieving from my fitness program was improving my cardiovascular endurance.
My diet has changed since starting this program. I used to snack a lot throughout the day and I have tried to cut down on this. Instead of eating snacks that mainly consist of carbs I have tried to diversify a bit. I have been eating more whole grains, nuts and fruits.
