Cakes with topfen are my favorites. These are the only types of cheese cakes that I really love. I never made them before but now that I get topfen cheese from time to time from Vienna, I started baking them myself.

Under the name Otte Binoscopes I manufacture and sell Dobsonian binoscopes. In that sense a binocular is a binoscope as well, being two refractors, one for each eye. The term binoscope is, however, often reserved for double Newtonian telescopes with two mirrors. Why would one prefer to observe through a binoscope?
