Have you ever slept so long and so deeply that, when you awoke, you felt as if you were resurfacing from a long swim underwater? And then you wake up. Sometimes, very slowly, the pieces of your world, the light and sounds and sensation of living, fall back into place. Things become sharper, clearer, more full and fulfilling. For me, the challenge lies in the awakening, in finding the willingness and resilience.
