De koe voor wie het leven in het teken heeft gestaan van het produceren van melk. Dit heeft tot gevolg dat de boer het rund niet ziet als afmestproduct, welke zo snel, zwaar en optisch mooi mogelijk naar de slachterij moet. De melkkoe maakt deel uit van een stal die elke dag, week-in-week-uit, een topprestatie moet leveren. Het gevolg is dat het vlees van de melkkoe ook anders van smaak is.

Saturday, June 25, 2011. My Father bought me a Lonely Planet India. I feel like traveling a lot these days. I hate not having money. I usually occupy myself by planning out trips to here and there. Now that I own a Lonely Planet it will probably multiply tenfold. Not particularly a good thing for the moment, but it gives me a beautiful layout for later when I have enough money to travel.
