و خداوند لحظه سکوت عشق زندگی و . به طرز عجیب و احمقانه ای دلم برایت تنگ است. آدمهای دور و برم هم کم نیستند. می آیند لبخندی روی لبم مینشانند و میروند ولی دلتنگی عجیبی همیشه و همه جا همراه من است. نمیدانم این روزهایت چطور میگذرد. نمیدانم تو هم دلتنگی یا نه. میدانم که میخوانی و میدانم که نمیدانی چقدر این دلتنگی برایم خلسه آور است. آنها که کمتر مرا میشناسند هنوز هم میگویند خوش بحالت. چه روحیه ای داری! کاش بلد بودیم مثل تو ساده بگیریم و بخندیم.

Monday, October 12, 2009. I had a scheduled cheat day on September 19 th. I am afraid to admit that I enjoyed not being on the program. I have been going to a lounge a few minutes from work with some co-workers a few times a week and found it nice to be able to partake in the UNhealthy. I have yet to weigh myself since September 19 th. I do have an adde.
