The only instance in which I might write for my own entertainment, will probably be musical lyrics. Up until this point in my life, I have not written lyrics because I have not been inspired to do so. However if a point in my life come where I feel like expressing my thoughts through written words, I may very well use the writing skills I have acquired over the years to do this. When I thought back to all of the writing that I have done over this semester, I was surprised at how much it was. I have written four essays, about 48 comments and 16 blog posts, including this one. That is a lot of words! After reflecting over this semester, I am happy that this course was required. If it was not required, I can assure you that I would not have taken it.
