These are the words from long ago. Words written from members of my relations that have since passed from their time on earth and now reside in the beyond. These are their words, their stories their letters saved wrapped up in paper envelopes and stored in boxes discovered many years later and passed on to me. I am grateful to share their written words. All time high weight 320 pounds. I was wearing Triple Extra Large everything. Been losing weight since December 2006. I struggled over the Christmas weekend. I stopped taking the HCG drops middle of last week and will start again after the new year. My goal this week is to not gain anything as I prepare for a great 2011. Back to work, as they say.
