Winters in Tirana are generally mild. It rarely snows in the city and the surroundings. If you get outside of Tirana and travel west to more mountainous regions, there is a considerable amount of snow. COLD, at least inside the houses! Hi seen.

Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Does anybody know if it is cheaper in Pas de la Casa to buy boots and skis than in the UK? In my experience its a bit mixed. I got a great bargin on some really nice boots a couple of years ago but when I was there this year there seemed to be less deals around. I found clothing to be more expensive than the UK - but its a captive market so its almost to be expected! Are they any good? .
