And having seen many of them, my dad decided to go out on a limb and ask me to decorate the new office for him, in hopes of getting it to a point where he could stand to work there every day! Although I was hesitant to take on the project, I was also excited as I anticipated doing something with an actual budget, unlike the things I do around my home! .

After spending ten days in a place, there is a certain level of comfort that is unavoidable and absolutely wonderful. We felt like we had somewhat of a routine, the culture shock had pretty much all worn off, and we were just soaking up every Aruban second we had left.
