Hiking the Bruce Trail and general travel. Carol and I completed Map 18. 5 km on October 29 and another 5. for a total of 14. It has taken me more than 3 weeks to complete this post and I think some of the lethargy is knowing this was our last hike of the season. I really miss not being on the trail. Map 18 is in the Hockley Valley.

We spent nine glorious days in the TCI in a lovely town home surrounded by lush foliage and backing onto a pond with wild flamingos. The incredibly beautiful turquoise water was great for swimming , snorkeling, and enjoying stunning sunsets. We arrived in the beautiful city of Victoria and celebrated an early Thanksgiving with family. We travelled up to a town called Florence Oregon where we stayed overlooking.
