Portraits, the new 2016 novel by N. Diaman from Persona Press, chronicles the lives of Theo Demetrios, Sebastian Brown, and Conrad Runningdeer in San Francisco, Paris, and San Miguel de Allende. Three men, three cities. Sebastian spends his early years in New York before going to Paris for the first time. After returning to the US he goes west but is unable to find work in his chosen field. The offer of a job abroad allows him to go back to Europe, where he eventually settles.
