Bike and Build - Boston to Santa Barbara! Over the summer, I will be biking from Boston to Santa Barbara, with Bike and Build, in an effort to raise money and awareness for the affordable housing issue. Tuesday, November 10, 2009. This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, NATHAN BIRD who was born in Arkansas on August 17, 1984 and passed away on May 22, 2006 at the age of 21. We will remember him forever. I shared so many of your firsts with you. Your first smile, step, and laugh. Your first dance, girlfriend and all the other firsts in your short life. I love and miss you! Thinking of the boys.

All of my work is steel, that has been designed and created by me. I employ a variety processes including forging, forming, and fabrication to create my work. I am interested in objects that are not easily categorized by genres of Art, Craft, or Design. My work fits into a gray area where by definition these categories overlap and beautifully merge. My creations range from sculptural to functional.
