Friday, June 12, 2015. We departed Kilby Bridge around 7. 30am on Wednesday for the trip through Leicester. Our companions from Tuesday, Roger and Linda on nb Cheviot, had passed us a good half hour earlier, but as we rounded the corner for the first lock of the day, there they were finishing off breakfast, so we were happy to be paired up again.
