Now many of us are going under swift routines and hasty standard of living. Physical exercise has been vanished from our lives, as lifts has taken the place of stairs and instead of walking, we prefer to travel by bus, even for a shorter distance. Though it has made our daily routines less problematic, however the result was more painful and that is obesity.
