After a while you can see Michael becoming more and more uneasy sitting at the table, the train noise begins to approach once again, but this time it gets much louder drowning out all other noise in the scene, as the sound hits its peak it almost reflects what is happening inside Michaels head and he snaps, standing to shoot both of his dining companions.
