Beautiful girls, my thoughts towards you will never change. I experienced my first connection at 18. We sat cross-legged on the sea wall waiting for an epiphany of some sort. We stared, mesmerised by the lapping of the tides, anticipating a sign or some divine message from a greater good. We only belonged here, her and me, gazing in to the water that fascinated us so. It was here where we felt a connection, a somewhat sense of belonging to the world we felt so completely detached from.
