Chicago based yoga teacher, movement analyst, and educator. In 2012 Melissa moved to Chicago to obtain her Graduate Laban Certificate in Movement Analysis. Melissa incorporates her dance and movement analysis backgrounds to create a class that focuses on alignment while working to manifest a greater connection with our bodies and mind. In December of 2015, Melissa completed her 200 hour teacher training though Zen Yoga Garage and is a certified RYT-200 through Yoga Alliance.
