Wednesday, May 27, 2015. Another introduction done by my wife recently - joining Pure Yoga. It was indeed a new experience. During the 1 week free trial, I was totally enjoying the Hot Yoga lessons, where u do the yoga poses in a hot room. You would be sweating like hell, and I have difficulties doing the poses.
