One thing that I have learned is that I must be open minded so that I can get a better understanding of myself and others. It is essential to be ant-bias and not place judgment on others. We must get to know people and accept them for who they are. At least one long-term goal. Many will lack the necessities of life which can hinder their cognitive development.

Thursday, July 25, 2013. Big Changes and 5th Grade Common Core Workbook. Big changes are coming my way. I am moving from Kindergarten to 5th Grade! I am excited and freaking out at the same time. Hopefully I can get it all together in the next few weeks. My biggest concern was the lack of materials I have for older students. I started looking around and saw a post on Facebook about the newest Common Core Workbook coming out for 5TH GRADE! And download a sample to see all of the great things you could get.

We have helped our students, kept them safe and helped keep each other safe at times. Without him, I would have been more seriously injured by an out of control student than I was. Saturday, April 21, 2012. Knowledge is learning something new every day. Wisdom is letting go of something every day. This program has taught me so much in which I feel like I have grown personally and professionally.
