How many pounds make up my weight? Well currently 239 pounds make up my weight. I can only lose one pound at a time until they add up to the amount I need to lose. This past week I only lost 1 pound, no inches but I gained a big fat 0 pounds and a big fat 0 inches. WIN! I win from not having gained anything but from losing. I Lost! I lost 1 pound. How many people can say that they lost one pound! I can do this though! Tagged 1 pound loss. Its hard to be able to.
