I have recognized leadership is not always about what you are doing in your current position, but your goals, your passion, and your personal strengths will guide you as you pursue your dreams. Saturday, April 23, 2016. This journey has been amazing! I recall when I began, feeling scared and wondering if I can do it and be successful at it. It is unbelievable that this is the end and as I reflect on the past two years, I have grown so much from my experience. I realize I learned the importance of dealing with our own biases. Most importantly, I learned we all are raised with our schemas. Our schemas are developed through our own cultures and family customs. I also have a goal to teach adults th.
