Debo confesar que soy un apasionado de las galletas, me encanta hacer diferentes tipos, formas y sabores a partir de una receta base la cual modifico o añado ingredientes a mi antojo, en este caso uvas pasas, dando lugar a unas galletas crujientes y llenas de sabor. Poco a poco iré subiendo diferentes variaciones y comprobaréis que se pueden hacer infinidad de galletas con tan solo unos pocos ingredientes.
