Friday, March 30, 2012. I have a weird problem with SSIS package. Package is deployed and save on SQLServer2k5. It runs no problem if I start from Integration services. Friday, March 30, 2012. I have a table with 5 primary keys. I have clustered index defined on. However, I can see that this index is only using three. Why is that? I for some reason when I run queries I get index scan as opposed to. TIt sounds like the indexes you have are not working for you. For us to assist you, please post the table DDL, along with a query or two. That you believe do not properly use indexing.
Friday, March 30, 2012. When I manually run the IS packages to load the data warehouse and then process the dimensions and cubes, everything works fine. When I schedule the packages as jobs, eventually the data goes wrong. The jobs are scheduled in the correct order. If I get your description right, the SSIS packages are not executed in the correct order. Is that so? You can also use SQL Agent jobs directly to send processing commands to Analysis Serivces. Eventually the data goes wrong.
