At the beginning of the year we set out on a journey to contribute to our community and give back. We spent the first semester researching organizations and found Habitat for Humanity.

Monday, November 13, 2006. Journal Entry 10- November 15th, 2006. My favourite dessert- Chocolate Hazelnut! Since I am very young, my mother offers me a chocolate hazelnut for my birthday cake. It is so delicious that I decided to give you the recipe. Have fun cooking and enjoy your chocolate hazelnut cake. 9 ounces unsalted butter, cut into chunks. 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped. 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar.
