Just some ramblings about life, and my passions. A year ago today I crossed the border of Sufferlandria. The first recommended ride was Elements of Style, to get to understand how the Sufferfest works and basically also to learn what posture on a bike is. So, what has happened in the past 12 months? I completed my first Tour of Sufferlandria. Only 3 weeks after moving to SUF. I became a Knight of Sufferlandria.
So, heute ist mein erster Break Tag. Ich staune ja immer wieder, wieviel ich lt. dieses Messgeräts verbrauche, eigentlich nie unter 1900 kcal, meist bei 2000 und bei ein paar Schritten mehr oder einer halben Stunde moderaten Sports sogar 2100 kcal.
