The Breathing Space

Its been a day since I got back from my spa weekend and I am now feeling sicker and more stressed than ever. What a wasted weekend! So, I can do one of two things. Sit here and be depressed or make a change. I made an appointment to go to the doctor and will get my health issues sorted today still. I will even take the rest of the day off to sort out my health and come back tomorrow with at least that sorted.
