Wednesday, April 9, 2014. A few weeks ago I was talking to someone dear to me and she shared some things close to her heart that she has learned from some significant health issues. She very graciously agreed to share them here. Three months ago I had an abdominal surgery, which taught me two significant lessons about the atonement of Christ. In this way, the pain that I experience in mortality helps to lead me toward eternal salvation. I know he lives! The Atonement Covers all Pain.

Friday, January 15, 2010. Today was my first day at the gym! I forgot what it was like to sweat! But it was really fun! Going with my co-worker has made it so much easier. And Jose working out has make it easier as well.
