The city and district, also well known as Swatow, are situated at the northeast of Guangdong district and are famous because of the tea and porcelain which is coming from there. Thursday, February 15, 2007. Welcome at Guangzhou in Guangdong. Guangzhou, located in the Pearl River Delta, is the capital of the district Guangdong at the southeast of China. The city is also known by the older English-language name, Canton. The city is a port on the Pearl River. The Portuguese were the first Europeans to arrive to the city by sea, establishing a monopoly on the external trade out of its harbor by 1511.

Thursday, February 15, 2007. The amazing Ice- and Snow World. This is Harbin, the capital of the district Heilongjiang in the Northeast of the country. Harbin is situated on the southern bank of the Songhua River. Petersburg, the city is well-known for its unique, Russian and European-influenced architecture. Today Harbin is still much influenced by its Russian past. A city once under Russian rule, it is now a center of trade with that country.
