The girls are back at school so theres no excuse for me not doing exercise. I went out this morning while pumpkin was at pre-school and managed 2 miles, only slowing to a walk a couple of times so I was quite pleased with that. Now I just need to get the diet sorted out! 2 boiled eggs, 1 toast.
