It also stated " Bienvenue sur mon blog crée pour cette communauté. Niveau règles je ne suis pas très exigeante, juste du respect pour tous! Dont forget that insults, racism, etc. are forbidden by Skyrocks General Terms of Use and that you can be identified by your IP address 66. 3 if someone makes a complaint.
