Bald eagles are protected birds as well as our national symbol. The only way the zoo could obtain these fine specimens was to save them from death. Each bird is missing one eye caused by the unfortunate accident that brought them to the staff veterinary. Working at my new job on Wednesday from 3 to 8 it should be a great day doing what I love to do photography.
