Tuesday, January 8, 2013. Day 1 Phase 2 - Ultimate Reset. I am sorry I left you guys hanging for a few days. My bad! I have plateaued at a loss of 7 pounds. LOL But this is the beginning of phase 2! Hooray. Occasional headaches still plague me, but otherwise I feel good. I am happy that as of today I can start working out again.
