The life of a police dog called Finn. A very special Christmas indeed. We needed time to write up our evidence, but in no time we were sent to our next job, and then the next. It finally went quiet at about 3am, and we were able to find a nice quiet office in which to eat and type up a statement. Finn likes to come in with me if he can.

I write this blog sat in my armchair as yesterday I made an aggressive return to circuit training and this morning my body has that aching feeling you get after a heavy workout so today I am taking it easy. I do like this feeling as I feel as if I have worked for it and know that my body will be better for it. I gave in to four colleagues insisting I get on the mat and do the circuit.
