Jeg har generelt ikke rigtig trænet så meget tricking, men her på det sidste har jeg gjort lidt mere ud af det. Så tænkte lige jeg vilel lave en lille træningsvideo med nogle af de ting jeg har arbejdet på. Med andre nyheder er det i aften at jeg skal have min håndledsoperation, så der kommer til at gå et lille stykke tid før jeg kommer til at træne igen, men regner med hurtigt at være klar igen.
