Wednesday, May 5, 2010. Friday I made the Blood Orange Mousse cake and it turned out very nice. If I were to make it again, I would add a thicker layer of white chocolate mousse and a slightly thinner layer of Blood Orange mousse. I have class this afternoon, just a demo though. We are making something caramel based, with pears. I have finally uploaded the backlog of pics on Flickr.

Open Water Swimming on the Boston South Shore. Due to weather expected for Sunday morning, Sat will be your best chance to get out this weekend. We finally have warm waters to enjoy. For those of you participating in a bike ride or triathlon this weekend, have fun and be safe. June 20 and 21 Swims.
