Poniedziałek, 18 maja 2009. Scones kusiły mnie bardzo - śliczne, nieforemne, pocieszne bułeczki. A , i właściwie to wyszły niezłe. ale to tylko angielskie buły na proszku do pieczenia, nie ma co po nich oczekiwac lekkości i finezji. Myślę, że raczej ich już nie powtórzę, ale warto było spróbowac. Zjadłam je na śniadanie z powidłami śliwkowym. Składniki podaje na połowę porcji, wyszło mi z niej 7 scones.
