Cancanosee - Lago da val viola. Vom Cancanosee führt eine lange, langweilige Kiesstrasse nach Arnoga, vorbei an den Signaltürmen des Scale Passes. Der Weg taucht hier in einige kurze aus dem Fels geschlagene Tunnes bis zur Abzweigung Arnoga 1859 m. Hier beschliessen wir, an unsere Heimreise zu denken und peilen die Schweizergrenze bei Val Viola an. Vorbei am italienischen Lago di Viola und dem rifugio. Geht es hinauf zum Passo Confine. Lago da Val Viola wie aus dem Bilderbuch.
