We have all become reporters this week writing a newspaper report all about the alien crash at St. We have been thinking about the facts. What happened? When did it happen? Where did it happen? Owls have been learning to recognise coins up to 2 and have been using different combinations of coins to make given amounts. It would be really helpful if you could play shops with your child finding different ways of paying for items and maybe working out the change that could be given. Owls have learnt that multiplication is commutative and division is not- ask them to explain this! We took 3 numbers and made 4 number sentences up.
