Family, God, and Bread. As most modern families, we are tied to out electronics. Our family has discussed taking one day a week to spend with each other, dedicated to family and personal growth. To achieve this goal, we are banning electronics, including television, internet, and phones, for that one day. I first heard a plan like this outlined on NPR, but there are many sites and blogs out there that detail a Modern Sabbath.
