Most mornings i am up and moving around before even the earliest of birds has set its beak in motion, beating the worm and chasing away the owl. i have always enjoyed this time of the day because no one seems to exist and i can be myself in the most sacred of silences. Sounds great, right? Of course and I could spin that all day long, but with that touchdown comes a serious bench-warming injury for me, loneliness.
